Jim Ewing, National Agricultural Statistics Service Southern Region Director and Former State Statistician for Florida, and Candi Erick
As the agricultural statistics administrator with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ Florida Agricultural Statistics Service, Candi Erick has been a key leader in the Florida citrus industry. Erick recently retired after a long, fulfilling career of working with Florida citrus growers. Many of her coworkers and industry friends gathered together last month to celebrate her retirement. AgNet Media Founder and President Gary Cooper attended the event, as Erick has been a major help to AgNet Media for many years regarding the live, monthly broadcasts of the citrus crop forecast.
