Question: What is the status of the civil action that TJ BioTech filed against AgroSource?
Answer: TJ BioTech LLC filed a civil action in August 2025 and received a preliminary injunction through the district court. This preliminary injunction had the effect of removing AgroSource’s product Rectify™ from the market. This past week, a confidential settlement was reached between TJ BioTech and AgroSource. I am not at liberty to disclose the details of the settlement. However, I can tell you that as a result of the settlement agreement, the preliminary injunction was dissolved, TJ BioTech retains its rights in the disputed patent, and the case was dismissed.
In light of the foregoing information, I want to say that ReMedium TI® was introduced into the Florida citrus market as the first product to provide a viable therapy injection for HLB. I take great pride in the fact that ReMedium TI® will continue to be available to the Florida citrus industry to combat this devastating disease. ReMedium TI® was developed with the knowledge and understanding that the purity of product does matter, and purity is a standard that TJ BioTech intends to continue in the future.
It is my sincere desire that each citrus grower in the state of Florida can experience the transformation of tree health that ReMedium TI® can bring to an HLB-impacted grove.
TJ BioTech also introduced a safe and efficient way for workers to inject citrus trees through the development of FLexInject®. FLexInject® is the most efficient way that I know of to utilize an injection therapy. With the introduction of the combined technology of FLexInject® and ReMedium TI®, a new method of therapy was born. Thank you for your show of trust and adoption of this therapy system at such a rapid rate.
