Attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors of the Florida Citrus Show may receive emails, calls, or online advertisements from third-party companies claiming to offer hotel reservations or “official event housing.” These solicitations are not authorized and are not affiliated with the Florida Citrus Show.

These scams often use misleading language, event branding, or claims of limited availability to pressure recipients into booking through unauthorized sites. In many cases, reservations are invalid, non-refundable, or include hidden fees.

The Florida Citrus Show does not use any third-party housing bureau. The only official hotel booking information is listed on this website.

To avoid being scammed:

• Do not book hotel rooms through unsolicited emails, calls, or websites

• Only use the official booking links posted on our website

• Do not share credit card information with unknown companies

• Report suspicious messages to our team at 352-671-1909.

If you have already booked through a third-party company and believe you may have been scammed, we recommend contacting your credit card provider immediately.
