Florida Citrus Mutual announced that its Oct. 12 Citrus Crop Estimate Luncheon will be in a different format than initially planned. The morning clay shoot will not take place, and there has been a change in location for the event.
The new location and tentative agenda is as follows:

Plan to arrive at the Ag Center around 11 a.m., so the program can begin at 11:15 a.m. Florida Citrus Mutual Executive Vice President/Chief Executive Officer Mike Sparks will provide an update on the Hurricane Irma relief package and other important information growers may need.
A barbecue lunch will be served at 11:50 a.m., and the U.S. Department of Agriculture crop estimate will be released at noon.
