The USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) provides financial assistance to qualifying orchardists and nursery tree growers to replant or rehabilitate eligible trees, bushes, and vines damaged by natural disasters through the Tree Assistance Program (TAP). Florida was approved under TAP to rec¬ognize citrus greening as an eligible cause of loss in 2014.
