The Florida Citrus Show will return Thursday, March 11, 2027, bringing Florida growers together for a day of education, networking and the latest developments in citrus and specialty crop production. The annual event will take place in Fort Pierce at the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Indian River Research and Education Center and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, U.S. Horticultural Research Laboratory. The location places attendees at the center of Florida’s Indian River citrus-growing region.
The event is designed for commercial growers, industry professionals and agricultural businesses. The Florida Citrus Show provides an opportunity to connect with fellow growers, explore new products and technologies, and learn about the research and management practices shaping the future of Florida agriculture.
The 2027 program will focus on topics relevant to today’s growers, giving attendees the opportunity to hear from researchers, industry experts and other professionals working to address current challenges.
TAILGATE TRADITION
A favorite tradition of the Florida Citrus Show is the tailgate-style trade show, where exhibitors serve up a variety of foods for attendees to sample. Growers get to enjoy the offerings, visit with exhibitors and vote for their favorite dish to determine the show’s Tailgate Champion. Magna-Bon took home the bragging rights in 2026 with their pimento cheeseburger sliders. Will they defend their title in 2027, or will another exhibitor take the crown?
