Chaires Succeeds Chadwell at Citrus Administrative Committee

Peter Chaires will succeed Arthur B. (Duke) Chadwell as manager of the Citrus Administrative Committee (CAC) on Aug. 1. Chadwell, who has managed the committee since January 1987, will retire today.
